These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mogged ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

1. About Mogged

Mogged is a screen time discipline app that automatically locks distracting apps every 3 hours. To unlock them, users must complete a "Mog Set" — a series of physical exercises including tongue hold (mewing), jaw activation, and posture reset. Mogged is intended for personal self-improvement and discipline purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 9 years old to use Mogged. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

3. Subscriptions

Mogged offers auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly and annual) to access full features.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account Settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased

4. Physical Activity Disclaimer

Mogged involves physical exercises. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own physical health and safety
• The exercises in Mogged (tongue posture, jaw activation, posture reset) are general wellness activities and are not medical treatment or advice
• You should consult a healthcare professional before starting any new physical routine if you have any health concerns
• Mogged is not liable for any injury resulting from use of the App

5. Screen Time Controls

Mogged uses Apple's Screen Time framework to lock and unlock apps. By using Mogged, you understand that:

• App locks are enforced by Apple's operating system
• Mogged is not responsible for any consequences resulting from app restrictions
• Circumventing the lock mechanism (e.g., using Emergency Unlock) is permitted but will not count toward your streak or stats

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code within Mogged is owned by Arturo Gomez. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results from using the App will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arturo Gomez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
